U-KISS subunit uBEAT releases new teaser photos

Idol group U-Kiss will be debuting its first unit group, uBEAT and they just unveiled their second set of image teasers, highlighting their debut concept.

‘uBEAT’ is formed from the words “U-KISS” and “beat,” implying their ambition to show their distinctive ‘U-Kiss style music’ to the world. 

The group is comprised of U-Kiss main vocalist, Kevin 

And main rappers, Eli 

and AJ 

The unit will be revealing their mini album ‘Should Have Treated You Better’ on April 22nd, which was produced by hitmaker Brave Brothers. They will appear in public for the first time through ‘M! Countdown‘ global special scheduled to be held at the Taipei Arena in Taiwan on the 25th.

SHINee and f(x)’s Victoria get classy and sexy for ‘High Cut’

SHINee and f(x)‘s Victoria had fans doing a double take as they took on a classier image for their latest ‘High Cut‘ pictorial!

SHINee effortlessly pulled off the ‘handsome male idol’ concept with their suits and ties, yet leaving their chests bare foregoing their shirts. Minho & Victoria also became the ultimate eye-candy couple with their back hug pictorial that left fans awed at their visuals, while also a bit jealous.

The labelmates who’ve known each other since their debut also opened up about the changes they’ve noticed in each other through the interview. Victoria shared, “When I look back, they’ve all become more mature. At the time, all of the members seemed like cute dongsengs but they’re men now.” SHINee also revealed Victoria’s transformation as they said, “Victoria used to only able to say ‘Hello, I am Victoria’, but she can speak Korean so well now. This is the power of broadcasts.”

Taemin also revealed the group’s intense workouts for the 'Dream Girl' choreography, “Prior to learning the choreography, we worked on our stamina. The choreographer would make the hyungs do a warm up with push ups saying, ‘You have to do this in order to carry out the choreography’, and we did 100 push ups daily.”

Minho reflected on how they changed since their debut sharing, “We’ve worked on becoming more comfortable on stage. When I look at our videos at the start of our debut, I look at us and think we’re cute.” Key added, “I can’t get myself to watch those videos. I start to feel the anxiety I used to feel before going on stage telling myself, ‘You can’t mess up. You have to perform well.’”

Unfortunately it seems Jonghyun was also absent from this pictorial due to his nose injury. We hope to see him back soon towards the latter half of SHINee’s promotions at least for their upcoming album, which will be revealed on the 29th.

Juniel is continuing to building up excitement for her return by now unveiling her second teaser photo!

The singer hints that there’s a fun song up ahead with her fun concept photo, in which we see her taking a ride on a shopping cart.

It’s already obvious that Juniel has made a complete transformation in terms of style, so there’s much interest in seeing how her music has changed this time around.

She’ll be releasing her title track “Pretty Boy” along with her third mini album ‘Fall in L‘ on the 25th, so stay tuned for that, and make sure to attend her ‘Pretty Boy Party’ event (at which F.T. Island's Hongki & CNBlue will make appearances) taking place on the same day, if you happen to be in Korea!

SHINee will release album online on 26th ~~ \m/

You’ll be getting your dose of SHINee sooner than expected as the online album release and MV teaser dates have been announced!

The group’s third album’s second half, which is titled ‘Why So Serious? – The Misconceptions of Me‘, will be released online on the 26th, rather than the previously mentioned date of the 29th! The offline release will actually be taking place on the 29th.

But if that still feels too far away for you, you’re in luck as the boys will be unveiling their MV teaser for the title track, “Why So Serious?” on April 22nd. The song is said to be a dance track that will be accompanied by a powerful performance that will show you a bit of a different side to the group than “Dream Girl” stages.

As mentioned before, the boys will promote as four members in the beginning due to Jonghyun’s injury, and it’s said he’ll be joining them after his treatments have been completed.

F.T. Island’s & CNBlue to attend Juniel’s ‘Pretty Boy Party’

Juniel has invited fans to her upcoming ‘Pretty Boy Party‘ and hinted on bringing her ‘cute friends’ who happen to be her label mates, F.T. Island‘s Hongki and CNBlue!

Hongki showed off his invitation on Twitter, “Juniel is calling out all of the pretty boys on the 25th. I should also go …”, answering the call for pretty boys like him to join the party. And he also upload the photo w/ the glasses & moustache ~

CNBlue also tweeted in their Twitter along photos too, “We heard that Juniel will be holding a party on the 25th so all of the CNBlue members are preparing like this. Because we are pretty boys. All of the pretty boys in your circle and those who want to put on cute menswear quickly come to the pretty boy party on the 25th. Let’s go pretty boy party!”

Juniel will be holding a ‘pretty boy party’ to celebrate the release of her third mini album ‘Fall in L‘. Guy and girls in menswear will be able to attend the party, and fans can RSVP for the party on FNC Entertainment‘s official homepage here.

Recently on her Twitter on April 17, singer Juniel uploaded a photo of herself along with the message, “I invite all of you to Juniel’s ‘Pretty Boy Party.’ Please come everyone^^. I will also be inviting my acquaintances who are adorable.”

In the picture is Juniel who transformed into a boy by wearing a short hair wig and a pair of thick frame glasses. Unlike her usual girly look with her long hair, Juniel looks adorably boyish in this photo.

Meanwhile, Juniel will be releasing her third mini album “Fall in L” on April 25th, 2013. To promote this new album, Juniel plans to hold a “Pretty Boy Party.” This event is open to men as well as girls who dress up like boys.

T-ara N4 will be debuting sooner than expected on April 29th!

 The subunit, consisting of members Jiyeon, Eunjung, Hyomin, and Areum, initially had set May 1st as their release date, but according to Core Contents Media, you’ll get to see the girls sooner than that!

 

Core Contents Media commented, “T-ara N4′s ‘Countryside Life‘ song and music video will be unveiled through music sites and YouTube on the 29th.”

In addition to the release date, more teaser photos have also been revealed, further providing insight on the style and concept for the girls.
